Last weekend was Christmas here in Sidney, complete with a turkey dinner a la my Auntie Karen, chef extraorinaire! We were also able to visit with some of the Knudsen relatives: From the left: Uncle Knute (mom's oldest brother), Auntie Mary, Auntie Karen (mom's much younger sister, right Auntie Karen?), my mom and my dad...At the back, my cousin Andrew and my Uncle Art (family of the chef...David is my other cousin but he is working in Sask.) We even had apple pie (7 kinds of apples!) and cheesecake. Some family members had difficulty using the ultra fancy whip cream container but I won't say who... an uncle ... blood-related ... and another gentleman...not an uncle (you figure it out!)
