HAPPY PADDY'S DAY!!

Tonight, Emma met my Uncle Knute for the first time. She loved him, of course! He makes Donald Duck noises and claps when she claps, so of course she is quite taken with him :0)

She also loves my Auntie Mary :0) She played "This Little Piggy" with Emma and told her how cute she is, so of course ... she is now tops on Em's list of favourite people.

Late last night, Joel & Emma & I arrived back in Sidney at my parent's place. We spent the weekend in Nanaimo. Departure Bay Baptist was our first church stop for sharing about Ireland. Joel hadn't been back to this church for 20 years! There were a fair few people there who had many stories to tell about a much younger Joel! Unfortunately, I didn't get to hear too many of the stories ... the people there are just too nice I guess :0)

We had a great time in Nanaimo and Emma did brilliantly, even with a cold, fatigue, and a few teeth trying to make their appearance. Our next stop is Faith Community Church in Enderby this Sunday. By the way, our apologies to all of you who usually receive our prayer letters ... Its come to our attention that our last prayer letter we wrote before leaving Ireland (with our itinerary) has not been sent out yet ... We apologize for this and we are trying to work this out.
