"Home Sweet Home"

Pictured Above: the "sitting room"
Okay, here are some pictures of our place in Ireland (as requested - love you Leanne!) ... ahh, see ... leave a comment, get results!! (but cannot always guarantee immediate results, *grins sheepishly). Anyway, yes ... I have taken down the Christmas decorations shown in the above and following photos ... a few weeks ago, I admit ... but they are put away ... honest! (Oh by the way, the phone is no longer located on the floor ... let's call it - "interesting choice of electrial outlet v. phone plug-in placement") ... hmmm ...

Pictured Above: the "fire"
We have a lovely electric fireplace, and above it is our very 'Carlaw Canadian Connection' export ... can you tell what it is?? (There is no actual prize unfortunately ... only your own satisfaction in discovering whether or not you need better glasses ... its 1:26am and I am trying to be coherent with my descriptions, I somehow think you will soon be able to tell that with this post ... "trying" being the key word )

Pictured Above: the "computer area"
The glass doors behind our lovely model (he not only came with the place, he came with ME to live in the place - go to bed Christine before you embarass yourself further) lead into the kitchen and the white doors you can see further behind 'himself' lead into the 'sun room / conservatory'.

Pictured Above: the "kitchen/dining area"
By the way, the furniture/curtains you see in these pictures came with our rental place. We cannot take the 'blame' nor the 'credit' for any styles, colors, or other design features.

To be continued ...

Apparently I can only post 4 of the 11 photos of our place that I have ... & I'm really tired (its 2 am our time - Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!, Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad!) ... so stay tuned for more photos ...
