No baby yet ...
We were hoping he/she would come naturally before having to go into the hospital to be induced, but apparently not! This child is way too comfortable, stubborn, disobedient or a combination of all three! So, the plan is that I will go into hospital tomorrow night (Monday at 6pm our time, so Monday 10am B.C. time) and will be induced Tuesday morning ... while all of you are sleeping Monday night.
So ... by Tuesday when you wake up ... we should have a baby OUT of the belly, or at least on its way out of the belly ... :0)
Thanks for your prayers, encouragement and excitement ... I must say I never expected to WANT PAINS to start ... but I'd be happy just to begin the end now :0)

Yeah, a girl! I know Jane is Christine's mom. Is Emma the name of Joel's mom? Can't wait to see pictures of mommy, daddy and baby! Congratulations you guys! Girls are the best :o)

Have been waiting for news - congrats to Mom and Emma Jane (and Dad too) from all your "fans" at Sidney Care Home (hehehe the "Home" of the Grand Umma Jane).
We just looked at the pictures of Emma... so beautiful. Sorry you had to have a c-section Christine. You will be amazed at how quickly you recover though. We'll be praying for you all.
I had a few contractions this morning and thought our babies might be birthday twins, but apparently not... maybe God was just waking me up to pray for you.

Just looked at the pics! YAY!!!!!! Emma Jane is adorable. May all be well, and may you 'elder' Carlaws (well-you do have a little one now!) be able to get enough rest!!!!!
