Update ...

Well, my parents should be in Heathrow about now :0) We are picking them up at the airport tonight around 7.30pm (our time). The baby seems to be waiting for them to arrive. We had an appointment with the consultant today who said that the baby still doesn't seem ready to make an appearance yet. He did a scan and everything looks fine. On the way to the appointment though, I started to get a migraine. Thankfully, the full blown headache never materialized, only the vision problems which had cleared up by the time we left the office. My blood pressure was up (only marginal, but higher than last time when my gp put me in the hospital) so ... there will be a baby for sure by the end of April. Dr. McKenna has booked me into the hospital Monday night to be enduced Tuesday morning if the baby hasn't come naturally before then - no 10 days past the due date for me. So ... sorry Lesley and Leanne ... no "Baby Carlaw" born on either of your birthdays (April 30th = Lesley, May 2nd = Leanne). I'm still hoping he/she comes naturally, but at least we have an "end time". Kinda makes me chuckle to think how long we prayed and tried to get pregnant, and now we are praying and trying to get "un"-pregnant :0) Ah well, God has a sense of humour :0) We will let you know when he/she finally makes his/her entrance!
