In July, Joel was speaking at the M.C.C Inter camp for a week. Emma and I went to Marcas & Sinead O'Sullivan's wedding. I will admit, I was pretty nervous about taking a 2 year old to a wedding ceremony. I have to say that she was AMAZING! She had a spot beside the chair where she could sit down and read her books, take mummy's bracelets and put them on her wrist, the floor, or in her bag ... and she was quite impressed with her little matching bag too (the first sign of her cousin Abi's "girly" influence on her?)

All in all, we had a great week together with just us girls at home! We did of course miss Daddy! We went down to camp on two of the days to visit him ...

Emma's friend Evie was there and they did some auditioning together to see if they could put together a band. If you know Emma and Evie at all, you will know that this picture shows that they chose instruments that truly matched their personalities! Yes, that is MY child banging on the DRUMS! Its frightening to admit ... but she was pretty good :0)

In the end, they chose to perform a duet ... I think Evie already has better "technique" though :0)
